We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend appointments or our popular wellness packages. However, we often have same-day availability for certain treatments. Call us to check current availability.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to complete any necessary paperwork, change into provided robes, and begin relaxing before your treatment begins.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our services and packages. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be purchased by calling us or visiting in person.

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. For packages and extended treatments, we also offer payment plans upon request.
